These terms govern use of 2doria, operated by Anjoanina Ramaroson in Madagascar. By purchasing, creating or using an account, you agree to them.

Account and permitted use

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and purchase information. Keep your password secure and contact support@2doria.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, break the law, or infringe another person’s rights or privacy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the family information and stories you add. You grant 2doria the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, organize and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to record or publish information about living people and for what you export or share.

Offer and billing

2doria costs US$60 per year for one owner’s 2doria and renews automatically through Gumroad until cancelled. Each 2doria begins with its owner and can include as much of that person’s family world as they choose, including overlapping people who may also appear in another person’s separate 2doria. The subscription includes the Tree, Stories and Books, Photos, Map, complete downloads, and the family website presentation. The family website is private by default. You can keep it available only while you are signed in, share it through a private link, or explicitly make it public. Anyone with a private link can access that family website until you replace the link or change visibility. If you choose Public, anyone can access the family website and it may be indexed by search engines. While the subscription remains active, editing continues from one paid year to the next. When it actually ends, the account remains available in read-only mode: you can still sign in, view the family memory you preserved, and download a complete family-memory package. You can resume a subscription at any time to continue adding and editing from where you left off.

Gumroad is the merchant of record and handles checkout, recurring billing, tax, receipts, cancellations and payment disputes under its terms. Each 2doria subscription applies to one owner account and that owner’s 2doria.

Refunds

Purchases are final and no voluntary refunds are offered. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law or refunds Gumroad decides to process under its rules. A refunded, disputed or charged-back purchase may result in suspension of access.

Availability, backups and changes

We aim to keep 2doria reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. You should regularly download your available exports. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, reliability or product improvement.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, non-payment, refund, dispute or breach of these terms. You may request account closure; deletion may be delayed where retention is reasonably necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, 2doria is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

N’utilisez pas le service de manière abusive ou illégale et ne portez pas atteinte aux droits ou à la vie privée d’autrui.

Votre contenu

Vous restez propriétaire des informations familiales et des histoires ajoutées. Vous accordez à 2doria l’autorisation limitée nécessaire pour les héberger, traiter, sauvegarder, organiser et afficher afin de fournir le service. Vous êtes responsable de disposer d’un fondement approprié pour enregistrer ou publier des informations sur des personnes vivantes.

Offre et facturation

2doria coûte 60 $US par an pour le 2doria d’un propriétaire et se renouvelle automatiquement via Gumroad jusqu’à résiliation. Chaque 2doria commence par son propriétaire et peut inclure autant de son univers familial qu’il le souhaite, y compris des personnes qui peuvent aussi apparaître dans le 2doria distinct d’un autre membre de la famille. L’abonnement comprend l’Arbre, Histoires et Livres, Photos, Carte, les téléchargements complets et la présentation sous forme de site familial. Le site familial est privé par défaut. Vous pouvez le garder accessible uniquement lorsque vous êtes connecté, le partager par lien privé ou le rendre explicitement public. Toute personne disposant d’un lien privé peut accéder au site familial jusqu’à ce que vous remplaciez le lien ou changiez la visibilité. Si vous choisissez Public, tout le monde peut accéder au site familial et celui-ci peut être indexé par les moteurs de recherche. Tant que l’abonnement reste actif, la modification continue d’une année payée à la suivante. Lorsqu’il prend réellement fin, le compte reste accessible en lecture seule : vous pouvez toujours vous connecter, consulter la mémoire familiale déjà préservée et télécharger un paquet complet de votre mémoire familiale. Vous pouvez reprendre un abonnement à tout moment pour continuer à ajouter et modifier là où vous vous étiez arrêté.

Gumroad est le marchand officiel et gère le paiement, la facturation récurrente, les taxes, les reçus, les résiliations et les litiges. Chaque abonnement 2doria concerne un compte propriétaire et son 2doria.

Remboursements

Les achats sont définitifs et aucun remboursement volontaire n’est proposé. Cela n’exclut pas les remboursements imposés par la loi applicable ou décidés par Gumroad selon ses règles. Un achat remboursé, contesté ou faisant l’objet d’une rétrofacturation peut entraîner la suspension de l’accès.

Disponibilité, sauvegardes et modifications

Nous cherchons à maintenir un service fiable sans garantir une disponibilité ininterrompue. Téléchargez régulièrement les exports disponibles. Des changements raisonnables peuvent être apportés pour la sécurité, la fiabilité ou l’amélioration du produit.

Suspension et résiliation

L’accès peut être suspendu en cas d’abus, de risque de sécurité, de non-paiement, de remboursement, de contestation ou de violation de ces conditions. Vous pouvez demander la fermeture du compte ; certaines informations peuvent être conservées lorsque cela est raisonnablement nécessaire.

Responsabilité et droit applicable

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, 2doria est fourni sans garanties autres que celles qui ne peuvent être légalement exclues, et la responsabilité est limitée au montant payé. Ces conditions sont régies par le droit malgache sans supprimer les protections impératives du consommateur qui vous sont applicables.

Konto i dozwolone korzystanie

Musisz mieć prawną zdolność do zawarcia tej umowy oraz podać prawidłowe dane konta i zakupu. Chroń swoje hasło i skontaktuj się z support@2doria.com, jeśli podejrzewasz nieuprawniony dostęp. Nie nadużywaj usługi, nie zakłócaj jej działania, nie naruszaj prawa ani praw i prywatności innych osób.

Twoje treści

Zachowujesz prawa własności do informacji rodzinnych i historii, które dodajesz. Udzielasz 2doria ograniczonej zgody niezbędnej do przechowywania, przetwarzania, tworzenia kopii zapasowych, porządkowania i wyświetlania tych materiałów wyłącznie w celu świadczenia usługi. Odpowiadasz za posiadanie odpowiedniej podstawy do zapisywania lub publikowania informacji o osobach żyjących, a także za treści, które eksportujesz lub udostępniasz.

Oferta i rozliczenia

2doria kosztuje 60 USD rocznie za 2doria jednego właściciela, a subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie przez Gumroad do czasu anulowania. Każda 2doria zaczyna się od właściciela i może obejmować dowolnie rozległą część jego świata rodzinnego, w tym osoby, które mogą też figurować w odrębnej 2doria innego właściciela. Subskrypcja obejmuje Drzewo, Historie i Książki, Fotografie, Mapę, pobieranie pełnych kopii danych oraz stronę rodzinną. Strona rodzinna jest domyślnie prywatna. Możesz korzystać z niej tylko po zalogowaniu, udostępnić ją przez prywatny link lub świadomie opublikować. Każda osoba mająca prywatny link może otworzyć stronę rodzinną, dopóki nie zastąpisz linku lub nie zmienisz jej widoczności. W trybie publicznym każdy może czytać stronę, a wyszukiwarki mogą ją indeksować. Podczas aktywnej subskrypcji możesz nadal edytować materiały z roku na rok. Po rzeczywistym zakończeniu subskrypcji konto pozostaje dostępne w trybie tylko do odczytu: możesz się logować, przeglądać zachowaną pamięć rodzinną i pobierać pełny pakiet danych. Możesz w każdej chwili wznowić subskrypcję, aby znów dodawać i edytować materiały.

Gumroad jest formalnym sprzedawcą (merchant of record) i obsługuje zakup, cykliczne rozliczenia, podatki, potwierdzenia, anulowania i spory dotyczące płatności zgodnie z własnymi warunkami. Każda subskrypcja 2doria dotyczy konta jednego właściciela i jego 2doria.

Zwroty

Zakupy są ostateczne i nie oferujemy dobrowolnych zwrotów płatności. Nie ogranicza to zwrotów wymaganych przez właściwe prawo ani zwrotów, które Gumroad zdecyduje się przeprowadzić na podstawie swoich zasad. Zwrot, spór dotyczący płatności lub obciążenie zwrotne (chargeback) mogą spowodować zawieszenie dostępu.

Dostępność, kopie zapasowe i zmiany

Staramy się zapewnić niezawodne działanie 2doria, ale nie gwarantujemy nieprzerwanej dostępności. Regularnie pobieraj dostępne eksporty danych. Możemy wprowadzać uzasadnione zmiany konieczne dla bezpieczeństwa, niezawodności lub ulepszania produktu.

Zawieszenie i zakończenie korzystania

Dostęp może zostać zawieszony z powodu nadużycia, zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa, braku płatności, zwrotu, sporu płatniczego lub naruszenia warunków. Możesz poprosić o zamknięcie konta; usunięcie danych może zostać opóźnione, jeśli ich przechowywanie jest w uzasadnionym zakresie niezbędne dla bezpieczeństwa, rozstrzygania sporów lub obowiązków prawnych.

Odpowiedzialność i właściwe prawo

W zakresie dopuszczonym przez prawo 2doria jest świadczona bez gwarancji innych niż te, których wyłączenie jest prawnie niedopuszczalne, a odpowiedzialność jest ograniczona do kwoty zapłaconej za usługę. Niniejsze warunki podlegają prawu Madagaskaru, bez wyłączania bezwzględnie obowiązującej ochrony konsumentów, która ma do Ciebie zastosowanie.
