For account or purchase support, email support@2doria.com. For general inquiries, email contact@2doria.com. Include the purchase email and relevant username when helpful, but never send your password or a complete private family memory by ordinary email.

Your subscription

Use the license key in your Gumroad receipt to activate your 2doria. The US$60 annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Your 2doria begins with you and can include as much of your family as you want: your mother’s side, your father’s side, your partner’s family, children, cousins, ancestors and any branches you choose to follow. It includes the Tree, Stories and Books, Photos, Map, the private-by-default family website, printing, and complete downloads. Use “Forgot your password?” for a one-hour reset link. When the subscription actually ends, you can still sign in and view everything you preserved in read-only mode, and download the complete family memory. Resume a subscription at any time to continue adding and editing where you left off.

Stories and family website

Stories and Books grow from the real facts, relationships, places, photographs, questions and memories your family preserves. Your subscription includes a family website that you can open while signed in. Sharing is off by default. From the Family website control, choose Only me, Private link, or Public. A private link can be read by anyone who receives it but is marked not to be indexed by search engines. Public makes the family website readable by anyone and allows search engines to index it. You can change visibility at any time.

Payments

Gumroad handles checkout, recurring billing, receipts, cancellations and payment issues. 2doria support handles activation and account access.

Reprenez un abonnement à tout moment pour continuer à ajouter et modifier là où vous vous étiez arrêté.

Histoires et site familial

Les Histoires et les Livres grandissent à partir des faits, liens, lieux, photographies, questions et souvenirs réels conservés par votre famille. Votre abonnement comprend un site familial que vous pouvez ouvrir après connexion. Le partage est désactivé par défaut. Depuis le contrôle Site familial, choisissez Moi uniquement, Lien privé ou Public. Toute personne recevant un lien privé peut lire le site, mais les pages indiquent aux moteurs de recherche de ne pas les indexer. Public rend le site familial lisible par tous et permet son indexation par les moteurs de recherche. Vous pouvez changer la visibilité à tout moment.

Paiements

Gumroad gère le paiement, la facturation récurrente, les reçus, les résiliations et les problèmes de transaction. L’assistance 2doria traite l’activation et l’accès au compte.

Historie i strona rodzinna

Historie i Książki powstają z prawdziwych informacji, relacji, miejsc, fotografii, pytań i wspomnień zachowanych przez rodzinę. W ramach subskrypcji otrzymujesz stronę rodzinną, którą możesz otwierać po zalogowaniu. Udostępnianie jest domyślnie wyłączone. W ustawieniach Strony rodzinnej wybierz „Tylko dla mnie”, „Prywatny link” lub „Publiczna”. Każda osoba posiadająca prywatny link może odczytać stronę, choć strona jest oznaczona jako nieprzeznaczona do indeksowania przez wyszukiwarki. W trybie publicznym każdy może ją czytać, a wyszukiwarki mogą ją indeksować. Możesz zmienić widoczność w każdej chwili.

Płatności

Gumroad obsługuje płatności, automatyczne odnowienia, potwierdzenia, anulowania i problemy związane z płatnościami. Pomoc techniczna 2doria zajmuje się aktywacją i dostępem do konta.
